College Savings Bank adds new technology to already re-vamped Websites

In 2006 College Savings Bank re-launched their family of Web sites including (www. collegesavings.com, arizona.collegesavings.com, and montana.collegesavings.com). With a renewed focus on providing a better user experience and outstanding customer service, the sites now include live chat functionality.

Beginning in January, Web site visitors can ‘chat online’ with College Savings Bank Customer Service during normal business hours. Live chat can be used by customers who have questions about our product, the CollegeSure CD, and any of the investments offered by the Bank. Additionally, College Savings Bank Customer Service will help Web site visitors locate specific Web pages and online forms to provide a more comprehensive experience.

Site visitors seeking to enroll or manage an existing account are encouraged to utilize this new Website feature to streamline the process and assure they leave satisfied. Visitors using the site as a research tool are also welcome to ask questions through our live chat functionality to get to the page they need more quickly.

Since relaunching our Web sites in 2006, the breadth of information online has continued to expand, as has site traffic. The Bank wants to continue to grow the sites to provide a comprehensive resource for college investors, but also keep the sites easy to navigate and extremely user friendly.

Site visitors are not required to have any special software to take advantage of the live chat functionality. Nothing is downloaded to the user’s computer, and the Bank will never ask for personal information online. Users will be reminded not to share account information or any personal information during a chat to protect their identity.
